MYFY, Sparkling Vintage, Midlands Tas

MYFY is from Tom's parents (Milly Youl and Frank Youl) - vineyard in Midland's Tasmania. They have since sold the property but have some of their delicious vintage sparkling left.

MYFY is a Vintage 2013 Blanc de Noir Sparkling. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the only established boutique vineyard in Tasmania between Campbell Town and Cressy. Formerly Barton Vineyard (est. 2001). Numerous awards for previous vintages of Barton Blanc de Noir, Pinot Noir & Riesling achieved at Tasmanian Wine Show and other Cool Climate wine shows on mainland, thanks to the uniqueness of the terroir where the grapes were grown.

Discerning palates will recognise the depth of flavours  and draw their own conclusion.

Made in the traditional method. On lees for 7 years which adds to the complexity of brilliant bubbles! This one is a crowd pleaser.
